Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery provided they meet the following requirements:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Return authorization must be obtained before returning any product.
• Returns received without authorization may be refused.

Return Fees

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for shipping insurance.
• Returned items must be insured for the full purchase value.
• Customer assumes responsibility for any damage during return transit.
