Limited Warranty Coverage

Ladder Supply Co. warrants that products sold by us will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

If a product is determined to be defective due to manufacturing or material defects, Ladder Supply Co. may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Issue a credit for the defective product

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper installation
• Improper use or misuse
• Accidents or abuse
• Unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to follow product instructions
• Improper storage or maintenance

Commercial Use

Many Ladder Supply Co. products are designed for commercial, fleet, transportation, and industrial applications. Regular inspection and proper maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser and user.

Products should be removed from service immediately if damage, excessive wear, or unsafe conditions are identified.
