Why We Built It
Not every trailer needs the same access system.
TrailerMate™ was created around a simple idea: give operators a practical way to get on and off a trailer deck without relying on tires, makeshift steps or whatever happens to be nearby.
Fifth-wheel flatbeds present a different access requirement. In many applications, the additional size and reach of the original TrailerMate™ simply aren't necessary.
That same compact configuration may also make sense for certain gooseneck flatbed trailers. Instead of limiting the idea to one trailer style, we're building around the actual access requirement.
